Blink Doorbell Not Working: How To Get It Working Again

Blink Doorbell functions like a personal doorman for your home—smart, efficient, and hassle-free.

Check the batteries. The most common reason for a Blink doorbell to stop working is that the batteries are dead.

Power reset the doorbell. If the batteries are not the problem, try power resetting the doorbell. To do this, remove the batteries for 5 seconds and then re-insert them.

Check your Wi-Fi connection. The Blink doorbell needs to be connected to Wi-Fi in order to work. Make sure  your Wi-Fi network is working properly & that the doorbell is within range of your router.

Move the Sync Module closer to the doorbell. If you are using a Sync Module, move it closer to the doorbell to improve the signal strength.

Update the firmware. The Blink doorbell firmware may be outdated. Check for a firmware update and install it if available.

Reset the doorbell to factory settings. If all else fails, you can reset the doorbell to factory settings. This will erase all of your settings, but it may fix the problem.
